New dimensions of snowmaking

Compact, lightweight, easy handling – with a total height of 2.45 m, a width of 2.20 m and a max. length of 2.60 m, the T40 mobile is ultra-compact and therefore easy to transport, whether by lorry or freight container. The machine and the new undercarriage with jacks weigh just 600 kg and 160 kg respectively, and making the T40 mobile entirely suitable for airlifting by helicopter.

Mechanical stand & carriage

The new stand and the two-part carriage designed especially for the T40 allow simple and safe conversion from mobile unit to stationary lift machine. The front section of the carriage can be easily dismounted and the machine is directly docked and fixed onto the lift carriage. The jacks and rear part of the carriage can then be removed. The snow gun is then connected, moved into operating position and the complete carriage simply taken away with the groomer.

Arm-mounted T40

Typical areas of application are constantly snowless areas and passages that are difficult to access where the wind situation means that the snow gun must be located inside the slope. The arm can be pivoted and its height can be adjusted. 10 m and 6 m are the arm’s standard lengths.

Mobile T40

The assembly on the carriage ensures mobility and flexibility. The tried and trusted 3-point transport system facilitates transport with any slope device.

Tower-mounted T40

Areas of the slope that require large quantities of snow and passages that are difficult to access are the most frequent areas of application for this stationary installation. Universal tower height: 1,6 m.

Lift-mounted T40

Manually or hydraulically adjustable – standard heights: 4.5 m or 3.5 m.
